RM of Wolseley’s story
The Rural Municipality of Wolseley No. 155 sits in the southeast part of Saskatchewan. It was incorporated as a rural municipality on December 13, 1909.
The town of Wolseley is surrounded by the RM, and the municipal office is located there. Several smaller communities lie within its boundaries too: Adair, Ellisboro, Falcon, Grainer and Summerberry. Summerberry was once a village but was dissolved on December 31, 1972.
Wolf Creek flows through the municipality, and the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) runs right across it.
